Mayonnaise is made with just a few simple ingredients that you probably already have around your kitchen if you cook. Ours adds whey to increase shelf life.

Emulsifying Methods

Combine Ingredients

Place all of the ingredients except for the oil in a medium bowl or measuring glass. Whisk them to combine.

Emulsifying Oil

Slowly drizzle the oil into the mixture while constantly & briskly whisking. Mix until emulsified and to your desired thickness.

Allow To Ferment

Place your mayonnaise in a container for storage with a breathable cloth lid. Allow it to ferment for 8 hours on the counter before placing it in the fridge.
