Add Ingredients To Pot

Fill a pot with your ingredients, cover with water, bring to a boil, and then reduce to a simmer.

Cover the pot and let it simmer for 5-24 hours (depending on how concentrated you want it).

Strain the broth into airtight glass containers to store short-term in the fridge or long-term in the freezer.
