Rinse and Peel Fruit


Choose ripe, healthy fruit for dehydration. Give your fruits a rinse and peel for those that need it.

Thinly Slice


Thinly slice your fruit with a mandoline or sharp knife to around 1/4 inch thickness.

Soak in Lemon Juice (optional)


For light fruits like bananas and apples, you can choose to soak them for 5-10 minutes in lemon water.

Place on Racks/Trays


Place fruit slices in an even layer on oven racks or dehydrator trays. Dehydrate at 135 degrees in a dehydrator or your lowest oven setting.
