Homemade Italian Sausage Recipe

This recipe packs a punch with three different sources of heat.

We use oregano, parsley, paprika, red chili peppers, cayenne, fennel seeds, ground coriander, and garlic to elevate this sausage.


How to Make It

Prep and freeze your meat and attachments, coarsely grind, add seasoning, grind again, and mix with wine, fennel seeds & ice water at the end.

Freeze it in patties, 1 lb portions, or a combination. Use it Italian dishes such as meatballs, lasagna, pizza, pasta, or stuffed peppers.
