Homemade Chocolate Bark

Choose a high quality chocolate and add any nuts, seeds, spices, fruits, or botanicals you love.

Choose a dark, milk, or white chocolate, chop it into bite-sized pieces, and melt it in a microwave or double boiler.

Pour chocolate into molds or onto parchment-lined trays. Quickly spread it into a thin layer and add toppings.

Allow it to cool for at least 30 minutes in the fridge or 2 hrs at room temperature. Break up into bark once it's solid!
